PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process an extensible makeup language document in a general purpose form independent of the system form.

SOLUTION: This XML document processor includes: an XML document display means 12 for dynamically displaying an XML document in the form independent of the structure of a data item on a browser; an XML document creating means 13 for dynamically creating the XML document in the form independent of the structure of the data item according to the input data from a user to the HTML data displayed on the browser; and an XML document updating means 13 for dynamically updating the existing XML document in the form independent of the structure of the data item according to the data input from the browser by the user.
