<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide support information for suitably determining whether or not an instantaneous voltage drop occurs to customers. <P>SOLUTION: This server for providing instantaneous voltage drop support information consists of a lighting strike information receiving part 1A for receiving positional information of a thunderstroke observation point; a transmission system DB1E which stores data of predetermined ID information for every customer, a plurality of power facilities each customer owns, and transmission lines connected between the respective power facilities corresponding to map information; customer information DB1G storing the customer ID information and an IP address corresponding to each other; a range comparing part 1I for reading out the data of the power facilities or the transmission line which exist in a lighting strike region calculated from the positional information of the observation point and the ID information; and an alarm occurrence section 1K for searching for the customer information DB1G with the ID information as a search key, reading out the IP address corresponding to the ID information, and transmitting the warning information to the terminal unit corresponding to the IP address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
