<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping washing apparatus capable of improving working efficiency by simplifying washing work. <P>SOLUTION: The piping washing apparatus has a compressor 12, a solenoid valve 33 connected to the compressor 12, a first timer 27, a second timer 28, and a third timer 29. The third timer 29 sets an operable time and an operation stop time of the second timer 28 according to the capacity of the compressor 12. The second timer 28 sets a sending time of compressed air inside piping 35 by stopping the first timer 27 after operating for a predetermined period of time. The first timer 27 sets the discharge interval of the compressed air by repeatedly opening and closing the solenoid valve 33 every predetermined time.
