PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple reproduction and excellent handleability to a user when an audio signal is mainly recorded, and to manage real time simply. SOLUTION: The device has a simple audio manager (SAMG), an AMG, an audio title set (ATS) including a plurality of audio objects (AOB), and a still picture set (SPS). The AOP is constituted of two kinds of AOTT-AOB including audio data and real time information data (RTI data). The still picture set (SPS) includes still picture data (SPCT data).
