PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET thin tatami mat for floor heating in which temperature rising time and heat conduction performance such as amplitudes in a temperature variation range are improved and simple configuration, low cost, shape stability and easy recyclability are realized. SOLUTION: The tatami mat floor 5 is formed of a top layer of a PET layer added with active carbon of basis weight of 0.5 Kg/m<SP>2</SP>, the second layer of a PET layer of basis weight of 1.0 Kg/m<SP>2</SP>, the third layer of a PET layer of basis weight of 2.0 Kg/m<SP>2</SP>, the fourth layer of a PET layer of basis weight of 2.0 Kg/m<SP>2</SP>, and a bottom layer of aluminum sheet (0.03-0.15 mm). The tatami mat floor 5 is provided with an allowance for a tatami mat facing, at a rear surface thereof. Adhesive double coated tapes with heat resistance are stuck on respective front and rear surfaces on a periphery of the tatami mat floor 5. The tatami facing 8 and the tatami mat floor 5 are stuck to each other by an adhesive tape 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
