PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocking tool for preventing mixing of foreign substance preventing foreign substance from falling and mixing into a conduit in working operation of an upward pipe opening part. SOLUTION: A elastic plate which has a larger diameter than an inner diameter of piping and elastically contacts a conduit inner wall to block the conduit is attached on a shaft which can be installed into an inside from a conduit opening, and a receiving plate positioned below an attaching part of the elastic plate is attached. The elastic plate has the shaft loosely fitted and inserted therein and is retained by putting press plates on an upper and a lower surface thereof, and is fixed on the shaft by a thread fixing means. Consequently, the elastic plate is attached on the shaft in such a manner that the same can be easily replaced. Attachment interval of the elastic plate and the receiving plate onto the shaft is adjustable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
