PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator with a top table on the upper face of which articles are placed, preventing the transfer of high temperature heat to an outer casing 6 or a heat insulating from material 8 even when equipment to be heated up to a high temperature is placed on the top table 3. SOLUTION: The refrigerator with the top table comprises the outer casing 6 formed with both side walls and a back wall 5, the top table 3 arranged on the upper face of the outer casing, an inner casing 7 arranged inside the top table and the outer casing 6 at spaces, and the heat insulating foam material 8 filled between each of the inner and the outer casings and the top table. The top table 3 has a top table body 10 locked to the upper edge of the outer casing 6 and having a recess 13 in the center of the upper face and a table part 11 formed of a heat resistant metal material such as a stainless steel and having a heat insulating space 16 in the recess 13 of the top table body.
