PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and lightweight streamer flag rod with good operability and handleability, causing no hindrance to traveling of pedestrians, bicycles or automobiles, at a low manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This rod is composed of receiving members 1, 21 and 31 fixable to a mounting face a of a building or the like, engagement members 2, 22 and 32 which are freely engageable/ disengageable with/from the receiving members 1, 21 and 31, with the engagement members 2, 22 and 32 fixed to prescribed positions of the rod 50.
