PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber array for which peeling of a coated optical fiber tape is prevented. SOLUTION: The optical fiber array at least comprises: an optical fiber for which coating is removed at the terminal of the coated optical fiber tape; a V groove substrate provided with a V groove part having a plurality of V grooves for housing the optical fiber in an array shape and a loading part for mounting the coating part of the coated optical fiber tape with level difference from the V groove part; a lid member for pressing the optical fiber housed in the V groove part to the V groove part and fixing the optical fiber with an adhesive material; and a fixing member for positioning astride the coating part of the coated optical fiber tape at a prescribed interval from the V groove part.
