PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clean a deposit deposited on an optical path. SOLUTION: Smooth outside surfaces 2d and 2e are formed in an L shape in a part formed in a V shape of a case 2 respectively in response to condensing lenses 6 and 7, and thereby, an outside surface of the condensing lens 6 is set in the same height as the outside surface 2d of the case 2, and an outside surface of the condensing lens 7 is set in the same height as an outside surface 2e of the case 2. Thus, a level difference is not formed over the whole periphery of the condensing lenses 6 and 7. When forming the level difference, the level difference is miniaturized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
