Silk screen printing unit driving two or more parallel squeegees at same time to apply print solution to substrate for manufacture of electroluminescent display screen

Printing unit has two, parallel squeegees (20,21) connected by clamps (25c) to common drive track (25a). Both squeegee are driven at same time to print on the parts (22a,22b,23a,23b). Distance between squeegees and amount of drive are set so squeegee (20) comes to rest after printing in position of squeegee (21) at start of print which insures each squeegee overcoats separate non-overlapping areas. Independent claim included for 1) silk screen printing procedure, 2) procedure to manufacture organic electroluminescent display on non-overlapping areas of substrate.
