PURPOSE: Provided is an eye drop composition which contains mannitol and pullulan, and treats xerophthalmia and stimulus while elongating the effect thereof. CONSTITUTION: An eye drop composition characteristically comprises 0.05-10wt.% of mannitol, and 0.05-10wt.% of pullulan, and the pH thereof is controlled to be 6-8. The eye drop composition further comprises any one of cellulose composition, dextran, gelatin, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone.
