<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive sight adjustment sheet which is not directly arranged on a human body, and easily reduces asthenopia. <P>SOLUTION: A user alternately performs near viewing of the mark 5 of a sheet body 3 and performs a distant viewing of a distant scene to be seen through holes 4 whose sizes are the same and which are vertically and horizontally, and neatly arranged, or the distant view is blinked, so that viewing a near scene and the distant scene is naturally adopted.
