<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera in which print image data are outputted to a printer in order to print a desired image in desired print specifications (the number of prints, printing paper size and printing color). <P>SOLUTION: In a digital camera 100, photographed images 31 are displayed on a liquid crystal display, the desired image is selected, and the print image data are created while designating the print specifications such as the number of prints, the printing paper size, and the printing color. The created print image data are transmitted from the digital camera 100 to a color printer of an output device.
