<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an image processor scramble image data in a way that an original image can be recognized to some degree from a scrambled image. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of compressing image data through procedures of color space conversion, conversion into a two-dimensional wavelet coefficient, quantization and encoding, encoded data between blocks at the same position but with different color components are replaced and scrambled for using the data quantized and encoded divided into a plurality of blocks attended with the conversion processing to the two-dimensional wavelet coefficient for an object. Thus, in the case of expanding the compressed image data by means of the inverted procedures to above, the shape itself expressed as an image of the image data is not revised but a color attached to the shape expressed in the image is different so that the image is brought into a state where it is scrambled as a whole while being able to recognize the original image to some degree. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
