PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate the authenticity of identification information based on identification information recorded in a medium.

SOLUTION: Received identification information is collated referring to a registered identification information list, and when it is regarded as legal identification information, specific service (service contents) prepared on the management server side is provided to a user (an identification information transmitting person). Other than that, it is regarded as illegal identification information, and alarm processing such as an alarm message display is performed without providing service information to the user. Only those who purchased data recording media legally can thereby enjoy specific service or the like.
