PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trouble in starting caused by the shortage of torque of a crawler-type travel body having a motor as a driving source. SOLUTION: A pilot pressure of a remote control valve 10 operating a control valve 9 for traveling is detected by a pressure sensor 15, and input to a controller 14, and a capacity of the motor is forcibly set to a first-speed mode of high torque and low speed, regardless of a traveling mode just before, when the stop of traveling is determined, and the next starting is always performed from the first-speed mode.
