<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute load distribution and data synchronization by making access to a database by a plurality of applications by easily executing synchronization between data bases. <P>SOLUTION: The static data (customer information or market information) of an MCRS (mobile customer relationship system) 1 are periodically copied by a TMAPS(tactical marketing application on platform for securities) 2. When dynamic data(business daily report or the like) are accessed from the client of the MCRS 1, a database at the TMAPS 2 side is directly accessed so that data synchronization can be easily executed. Also, when the static data are accessed from the client of the MCRS 1, the copy data base at the MCRS 1 side is accessed. Thus, when access is performed by a plurality of mobile terminals 4, data synchronization between the MCRS 1 and the TMAPS 2 is executed while load distribution is executed.
