<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate measures for reducing environmental loads, saving energy and saving energy costs by reducing the risks associated with those measures. <P>SOLUTION: A target value for a reduction of an environmental load is determined prior to the measure for reducing the environmental load such as the amount of generated global warming gas such as CO<SB>2</SB>. After the measure, an actual value of the reduction in the environmental load is calculated. Using the desired value and the actual value, a counter value for services is adjusted and received. The service counter value is adjusted using at least one of the adjustment amount A of the counter value to be determined according to the target value and the adjustment amount B of the counter value to be determined according to the magnitude relation and difference between the target value and the actual value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
