PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate using a stretched polyester film useful as a packaging film which keeps the excellent characteristics of a stretched polyester film including heat resistance, small retention properties, and water resistance, maintains practical characteristics, and has good dead hold properties as a substrate, a packaging body, and a lid material. SOLUTION: The laminate is produced by laminating a sealant layer on at least one side of a stretched polyester film substrate having a layer comprising 30-70 wt.% of polyethylene terephthalate, 30-70 wt.% of a polyester and/or copolyester at least 35°C in glass transition temperature, and 1-30 wt.% of a polyester and/or copolyester 34°C or below in glass transition temperature (the total of each raw material is 100 wt.%).
