PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device where oscillations due to an inductor component of wires can be reduced. SOLUTION: In the laser device 1, a laser diode 10 and a laser diode drive circuit 20 for driving the laser diode 10 are connected by the wires 11. The laser diode drive circuit 20 comprises a first transistor 23, which has the base for receiving a first input signal for driving the laser diode 10, the collector connected to a first node N<SB>1</SB>, and the emitter; a first RC circuit 26 connected to the first node N<SB>1</SB>; first output Out<SB>1</SB>connected to the first node N<SB>1</SB>; a second transistor 24 which has the base for receiving a second input signal which is a complementary signal with respect to the first input signal, the collector connected to a second node N<SB>2</SB>, and the emitter; a second RC circuit 27 connected to the second node N<SB>2</SB>; and a second output Out<SB>2</SB>connected to the second node N<SB>2</SB>.
