PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil device capable of reducing crosstalk between signal lines and reducing the number of terminals, allowed to be miniaturized and capable of reducing a packaging area. SOLUTION: Coil elements 31-33 individually include 1st cores 11-13, 1st windings 51-53 and 2nd windings 55-57. The 1st and 2nd windings 51, 55 of the coil element 31 are wound around the 1st core 11. In the 1st winding 51, one end of the coil terminal is individually connected to one of individual terminals 41-43 included in a 1st terminal group (41-44) and the other end is individually connected to one of individual terminals 45-47 included in a 2nd terminal group (45-48). In the 2nd winding 55, one end of the coil terminal is connected to a common terminal 44 included in the 1st terminal group (41-44) in common and the other end is connected to a common terminal 48 included in the 2nd terminal group (45-48) in common.
