PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic LED panel suitable for full color display. SOLUTION: Light emitting parts 11, 13 and 15, each of which emits one of three primary colors are made to have mutually different film thicknesses. The film thicknesses of charge transport layers 12, 14 and 16 formed on respective light emitting parts 11, 13 and 15 are made thin on a thick light emitting part but thick on a thin light emitting part. As a result, the surface of all charge transport layer 12, 14 and 16 reach the same height and thus the level difference is eliminated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
