PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device usable even if a melting point or a heat resistant temperature of a connection material connecting a heating element with a terminal is low. SOLUTION: The heating device comprises a base plate 11 contacting with an object to be heated, an insulation layer 12 formed on a surface of the base plate 11 opposite to the surface contacting with the object to be heated, a heating element 13 formed on the insulation layer 12, a conductor 14 formed so that one end part contacts with the heating element 13 and the other end part locates itself on the insulation layer 12, a connection material 16 connecting the end part of the conductor 14 located on the insulation layer 12 with a terminal 15, and a power supplying means 17 supplying power to the terminal 15. The connection material 16 is not directly affected by the temperature of the heating element 13 since power is supplied through the conductor 14 without the connection material 16 contacting the heating element 13, and as a result, the connection material 16 becomes usable even if the melting point or the heat resistant temperature is low.
