PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual rail bus driver without skew. SOLUTION: The dual rail bus driver without skew includes a first driver which outputs a first dual signal at the same level and outputs a second dual signal at mutually different levels according to level change of a clock, a decoder in which the second dual signal is inputted and which outputs it as a single signal, a dual signal control part which is triggered by the level change of the second dual signal and simultaneously outputs a third dual signal at mutually different levels from the single signal and a second driver which outputs a fourth dual signal by inverting levels of the third dual signal of the dual signal control part by the level change of the clock.
