PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal identification information management system of a communication terminal capable of performing a change report of personal identification information with a minimized information quantity by enabling the change report for reflecting the change of personal identification information to a communication terminal of the other station to a desired communication terminal without a special operation. SOLUTION: An own station personal identification number management table 101 records a personal identification number corresponding to a transmitter-receiver 100 including an updated history, and a partner station identification number management table 107 records the personal identification number in a partner station to the transmitter-receiver 100. When the present personal identification number (old personal identification number) corresponding to the transmitter-receiver 100 is changed to a new personal identification number, a content recorded in the own station personal identification number management table 101 is updated with the new personal identification number, and a personal identification number change report including information for generating the old personal identification number but not including the old personal identification number is transmitted to the partner station.
