PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body positioning device capable of highly-accurate three-dimensional position measurement by reducing a load on a counter device. SOLUTION: This moving body positioning device is equipped with a transmitter 1 for transmitting an ID signal, a receiver 2, the counter device 3 for generating count data, and a calculating device 4 for calculating the three-dimensional position of the transmitter 1 from the count data. Concerning the calculating device 4 and the transmitter 1, when transmitter 1 transmits the ID signal, the calculating device 4 is provided with synchronous timers 11, 44 for storing ID data of the transmitter. When receiving the ID signal, the receiver 2 transmits a trigger signal to the counter device 3 and the ID data to the calculating device 4. The counter device 3 generates the count data by the trigger signal and transmits the data to the calculating device 4. When synthesizing the ID data from the receiver 2 with the count data from the counter device 3, the calculating device 4 collates the ID data from the receiver 1 with the stored ID data, and synthesizes the ID data from the receiver 1 with the count data from the counter device 3 in the case of agreement.
