PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a received signal to an internal circuit whose power source voltage is different without using a level shift circuit. SOLUTION: A third current mirror circuit 35 and an output circuit 36 are operated by using a second power source voltage VDD2 which is identical to a power source voltage of the internal circuit 22. An MOS transistor of low voltage system which has a breakdown voltage corresponding to the second power source voltage VDD2 is used for each MOS transistor which constitutes the third current mirror circuit 35 and the output circuit 36. When a voltage Vgs between the gates and sources of NMOS transistors QN1 and QN3 is at most the second power source voltage VDD2, the MOS transistor of a low voltage system which has the breakdown voltage corresponding to the second power source voltage VDD2 is also used for each MOS transistor of a first current mirror circuit 33 and a second current mirror circuit 34.
