PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a detection limit by improving the fluidity of a blocking buffer. SOLUTION: Ligands or receptors are joined to adsorptive regions of a biochemistry analysis unit having porous adsorptive regions. Marked receptors or marked ligands marked by a marking material are peculiarly joined to the ligands or the receptors. The blocking buffer containing particles having diameters smaller than the diameters of holes for the adsorptive regions are used for forcibly fluidizing enzyme marked antibodies crossing the adsorptive regions to block the adsorptive regions. Subsequently, the enzyme marked antibodies are forcibly fluidized crossing the adsorptive regions to be peculiarly joined to the marked receptors or the marked ligands, a chemically chemiluminescent substrate is put in contact with the enzyme marked antibodies peculiarly joined to the marked receptors or the marked ligands, and chemiluminescence released from the adsorptive regions of the biochemistry analysis unit is photoelectrically detected.
