PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated-type heat exchanger equipped with a header structure capable of uniting both header components with sufficient uniting force at a low cost, without caulking the header component divided into two pieces. SOLUTION: The header 3 is composed of a plate header 31 and a tank header 32 divided into two pieces. Stepped portion 32a covering an end portion of the plate header are formed on both end portions in a circumferential direction of a generally semi-circular cross section of the tank header, and a lot of projecting portions 32b are formed on the stepped portion 32a at intervals in a longitudinal direction. On both end portions in a circumferential direction of the generally semi-circular cross section of the plate header, a lot of recessed portions 31b are formed corresponding to the projecting portions of the tank header.
