PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize dewatering and recovery of sludge in a mobile dewatering car and to convert the recovered sludge into compost in a mobile compost car; and to provide the mobile compost system capable of easily and sanitarily performing transferring of dewatered cake between both cars. SOLUTION: The mobile compost system is constituted of the mobile dewatering car 10 mounting a dewatering unit for producing the dewatered cake by dewatering organic sludge and the mobile compost car 40 mounting a microbial degradation unit for producing the compost by fermenting the dewatered cake by the microbial degradation. In the mobile dewatering vehicle 10, a conveyer 17a for taking out the dewatered cake is installed on the loading platform so as to be projected to the outside of the car body, and in the mobile compost car 40, a hopper 47 is installed for transferring the dewatered cake to the microbial degradation unit. The transferring of the dewatered cake between the mobile dewatering car 10 and the mobile compost car 40 is made possible by allowing the conveyer 17a to project to the outside of the mobile dewatering car 10 and transferring the dewatered cake to the hopper 47.
