PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new seat device for vehicles that easily retains a thin object such as a map, a newspaper, a magazine, a CD, and an MD. SOLUTION: A center seat cushion section 31 at a center sheet-like section being provided between a left seat and a right one is formed by covering a cushion material 36 having elasticity with an outer layer 37. A groove section 39 is formed between vertical wall sections 371 where the vertical wall sections 371 face each other where the surface layer 37 is extended downward from the upper surface on the upper surface of the center cushion section 31. In the groove section 39, the opposing vertical wall sections 371, 371 are mutually brought into contact by the elastic force of the cushion material 36. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
