PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining mechanism which has an increased shear strength at a connected part of a guide without changing a board thickness of a base arm. SOLUTION: A recessed part extending to an angle part made of an opposing surfaces of the guides 105, 106 to a ratchet 130 and an opposing surfaces of the guides 105, 106 to a pole 140 is formed by pressing the opposing surfaces of the guides 105, 106 to the ratchet 130 in the through-thickness direction. A plurality of surfaces 105a, 105b, 106a, 106b opposing to the pole are formed in the thickness direction of the plate on the guides 105, 106. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
