PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a photocurable adhesive composition for dental use which has low viscosity decrease and can be used for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This photocurable adhesive composition for dental use comprises: fluorine ion sustained-release monomer which emits fluorine ions gradually over a long period of time; a first radical polymerization monomer which has a phosphate group, is cured by photopolymerization under light irradiation and adheres members; a second radical polymerization monomer which is cured by photopolymerization under light irradiation and adheres the members; a photosensitizer for starting photopolymerization; a photopolymerization promotor for promoting curing of the first radical polymerization monomer and the second radical polymerization monomer by light irradiation; a filler for improving physical characteristics; and the balance consisting of water and a dispersing agent. The filler consists of hydrophobic silicon dioxide, and has a primary particle mean diameter of 8 to 13 (nm) and a specific surface area of 170±20 m<SP>2</SP>/g. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
