PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide protective eyeglasses the lenses of which can be replaced by a user more easily than conventional ones. SOLUTION: A frame body is compositely formed of a rigid frame member 1 and an elastic frame member 2. The outer peripheral region of the lens 5 which is replaceable is fixed while coming into contact with the elastic frame member 2, and at the same time, being engaged with the rigid frame member 1 as well. For these protective eyeglasses, fluid-sealability (sealability such as water-sealability or gas-sealability) with the outer peripheral region of the lens can be carried by the elastic frame member, and the insertion of a packing or the like is not required.
