PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent environmental contamination caused by the leakage of the vapor of a solvent from a photoreceptor drum to the outside of a printer.

SOLUTION: A dryer 13 comprises: an air inflow chamber 24 where an air blowoff port is arranged toward the outer peripheral surface of the photoreceptor drum 7; and a plurality of air suction chambers 25 having a plurality of suction ports 26 separated in the peripheral direction of the drum 7 and opposed to the peripheral surface of the drum 7 at the air blowoff port part of the chamber 24 and spaced apart in the peripheral direction of the drum 7. The discharge side of a blower 29 sucking air is connected to the chamber 24 through a temperature controller 28, and the suction side of the blower 29 is connected to the chamber 25 through the controller 28.
