<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape feeder unit which stabilizes the transporting performance of an intermittent feeding unit in a part-supplying device. <P>SOLUTION: A rachet 43, an internally-toothed wheel, with a feeding gear wheel 42 are built in one unit. These gear wheels 42 and 43 are installed on a spindle 47 which is built in one with a linking rink 44, attached together with one-way clutch-type of a torque limiter 46 for protection against inversion. Two driving pawls 45 are placed inside of the rachet 43 so that the wobble is half of the pitch of teeth of the rachet 43 and the pawls engages alternately the rachet 43 to form a covering 44a, which covers the rachet and driving pawls 45 in the linking rink 44. In the above unit, teeth of the rachet 43 are made large not to cause skipping of teeth on the pawl 45 and to suppress abrasion of teeth, to prevent foreign matters from coming between the rachet 43 and the pawl 45 and to prohibit scattering of a lubrication agent coated on the rachet 43, so that a sufficient amount of lubrication agent can be coated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
