<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated phase difference film obtained by laminating a phase difference film consisting of an inorganic layer-like compound layer to a phase difference film having an optical characteristic different from a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated phase difference film obtained by laminating one or more phase difference films each of which consists of thermoplastic resin film whose intra-face retardation value is 50-300nm and a ratio (intra-face retardation value)/(retardation value in thickness direction) is 0.5-1.8 and one or more phase difference films each of which consists of an inorganic layer-like compound layer and having the ratio (intra-face retardation value)/(retardation value in thickness direction) of 0.03-0.3 is provided.
