<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor relay capable of reducing a switch-on time, attaining chip shrink, and decreasing the cost without degrading an operating function. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor relay comprises: a light emitting element 1 for converting an electric signal into an optical signal; a first photo diode array 2 for converting the optical signal of the light emitting element into an electric signal; a first diode 5 whose anode terminal is connected to an anode terminal of the first photo diode array 2; a MOSFET 4 whose gate terminal is connected to the cathode terminal of the first diode and whose source terminal is connected to the cathode terminal of the first photo diode array; a second photo diode array 3 connected between the gate of the MOSFET 4 and the anode terminal of the first photo diode array; an impedance element 7 connected between the gate of the MOSFET 4 and the cathode terminal of the first photo diode; an npn transistor 7 whose base and collector terminals are respectively connected across the impedance element 7; and a diode 9 connected between the emitter and base terminals of the transistor 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
