PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass or glass ceramic cooking top plate with its lower side coated with an inorganic paint, wherein an anti-transparent or opaque coating is formed on a glass or glass ceramic material, stable up to at least 600°C maximum and composed to avoid lowering the strength of the cooking top plate or lowering it a little. SOLUTION: The cooking to plate comprises the transparent/colorless glass ceramic or glass panel formed of a special prestressed glass for serving a cooking plane and the IR permeable lower side coating formed of a heat resistant inorganic enamel paint and provided on the lower side of the glass ceramic or glass panel.
