PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner having excellent releasability in fixing and shape controllability during manufacturing of the toner. SOLUTION: The number average molecular weight Mn of the electrostatic charge image developing toner is within the range of 10,000 to 30,000 and the ratio (Mz/Mw) of the Z average molecular weight Mz to weight average molecular weight Mw thereof is within the range of 3.0 to 6.0.
