PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic nonmagnetic single component toner having a sufficient non-offset band in oil-less fixing and showing a good state of uniformity in an image, fog and image density. SOLUTION: The nonmagnetic single component toner comprises at least a polyester resin, a coloring pigment and a release agent. The toner has 105 to 130°C softening point, 5.5 to 10.5μm volume average particle size and 70 to 210% coating rate of fine particles externally added to the toner base particles.
