PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal and a call control program for dialing a telephone number on the basis of an incoming call history, that suppresses a callback to a malicious call source as a first purpose, facilitates identification of the caller at callback as a second purpose, and solves both the first and second purposes as a third purpose. SOLUTION: The terminal is provided with: a means for storing an incoming call history wherein an abnormality flag is set to incoming calls whose duration time is a prescribed time or below; a means for detecting a call origination to a displayed telephone number; and a means for displaying an inquiry menu for displaying confirmation of the call origination when the incoming call history of a telephone number whose call origination is detected is referenced and the setting of the abnormality flag is detected.
