PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain reliable synchronization between radio communication apparatuses. SOLUTION: When synchronization in a second radio communication means is obtained beforehand during a communication conversation carried out by a first radio communication means, both a first radio communication hardware 102 and a second radio communication hardware 105 can be controlled by a timing control signal from a first radio communication system timer 101. The receiving operation of a first radio communication hardware 102 and the receiving operation of a second radio communication hardware 105 can be controlled without temporal overlap by a CPU 107 controlling only the first radio communication system timer 101, wherein the CPU 107 is not required to convert a time between the radio communication timers.
