PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control an electrical apparatus in a house by using an information processor from a portable terminal. SOLUTION: A controller 6 acquires control contents of an electrical apparatus 5 from a personal computer (PC) 10 by selecting it from the portable terminal 7, and displays the control contents of the apparatus 5 on the terminal 7 to control the apparatus 5.
