PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open and close a top door of a storing part under a tatami mat without exposing a substitute object for a handle above the tatami mat. SOLUTION: The top door 5 provided on the storing part 3 recessed under the tatami mat 2 so as to freely open and close is fixed to a bottom of the tatami mat 2. A top door lifting rod 8 energizing the top door 5 upward so it is opened a predetermined opening or more is arranged upward in the storing part 3 so as to correspond to a top door opening end 5a and freely protrude and withdraw. A locking device 7 is provided for holding a closed state of the top door 5 against energizing force of the top door lifting rod 8. An unlocking operation lever 23 releasing the closed state is provided in the locking device 7. By inserting an unlocking plate 25 from tatami mat rims 24 and 24a of the tatami mat 2 fixed to the top door 5 and an adjacent tatami mat 2a and pressing the unlocking operation lever 23, or by operating the unlocking operation lever 23 by a remote control means 28 using an operation wire 27, the closed state of the top door 5 by the locking device 7 is released, the top door 5 is lifted and opened the predetermined opening along with the tatami mat 2 by the energizing force of the top door lifting rod 8 to open the top door 5.
