PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking device for an opening/closing door of a cabinet, which is free from a fear of imposing a large load on a cable and a fear of damaging the cable even if a door body is largely opened. SOLUTION: According to the locking/unlocking device, the electric actuator operating cable 20 for an electric lock 5, in the cabinet, is extended from a cabinet side plate 15 via a pivoting portion of the openable door D1, then formed into a U-curved portion, and further extended to an electric actuator. Further the cable 20 is connected to a take-up device 26 having a predetermined tensile force in the vicinity of the pivoting portion of the opening/closing door D1. Therefore when the opening/closing door D1 is opened, a deficient length of the cable 20 is made up, whereas when the door D1 is closed, a wire 28 is taken up, and therefore the cable 20 in the vicinity of the pivoting portion is always kept in a linear condition.
