PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle punch patterning machine which can punch-pattern a base fabric with needles in a short time without damaging the base fabric. SOLUTION: This needle punch patterning machine equipped with needle punch needles 16 for partially hooking the fibers of a patch 12 superposed on the back side of the base fabric 11 and pulling up the hooked fibers on the front side of the base fabric 11 to form a needle punch pattern on the front side is characterized by disposing a collectively patterning needle 17 comprising the many needle punch needles 16 whose tips are mutually arranged at distances so that the distribution range of the needle tips is approximately identical to the desired shape of the needle punch pattern, and simultaneously forming the desired shape of the needle punch pattern with the collectively patterning needle 17.
