PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam having excellent impact absorptivity and a hardness hardly changed with temperature. SOLUTION: The foam is obtained by foaming a composition comprising 100 pts. wt. component (a), 5-50 pts. wt. component (b), 5-50 pts. wt. component (c) of a softening agent and 5-50 pts. wt. component (d) of an adhesiveness-imparting resin. The components (a) and (b) are each a block copolymer composed of polymer blocks comprising a polymer block comprising an aromatic vinyl monomer, and a polymer block comprising a dienic monomer, and/or a hydrogenated product thereof. The component (a) has an absorption peak of tanδ(loss tangent) obtained by a kinetic viscoelasticity measurement within a temperature range of (-20)-40°C, and the component (b) has an absorption peak of the tanδ(loss tangent) within a temperature range of (-70)-(-20)°C. The foam has 10-60 hardness (type C) measured at 20°C, and the difference of the hardness between that measured at 20°C and that measured at -10°C is≤10.
