PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently calk a boss member to a base plate. SOLUTION: This device comprises a mount part 10 formed opposite to the base plate 5, and a guide cylindrical part 11 erected on the mount part 10 opposite to the boss part fitting hole 6 bored in the base plate 5 and having its inner part hollow communicated with the boss part fitting hole 6. The boss member 12 is fitted to the guide cylindrical part 11 and, when the base plate 5 is stacked on the mount part 10, the tip of the boss member 12 fitted in the guide cylindrical part 11 is fitted in the boss part fitting hole 6 and the tip of the boss member 12 is calked to the boss part fitting hole 6 by a calking machine 3 so as to integrally fix the boss member 12 to the base plate 5.
